General rule: Please use capital letters and periods when appropriate. Sites that use poor grammar never look very serious and just in general look bad. For info on a show, if it is unknown, capitalize the "U" so it is Unknown. For fragments about a show or full sentences use capitals and periods. For banter do your best with commas (if you hear a pause in a speach that someone is giving, you will most likely use a comma) and please use capitals and periods in the banter. Also, please write full song titles, not abbreviations or short-handed versions.

Generations: Can be written either with a dash or parentheses, ie ANA(M) or ANA-M. Please do not include cdr generations, as there are often many circulating. There IS a difference between an ANA (or whatever)>CDR transfer and a straight ANA>PC transfer. ANA (or whatever) to PC transfers should be written as such. This would mean that a low gen tape was transferred directly to WAV.

If a show has no generation noted, please put a "(?)" in place. For example, CSB>D8>DAT>CDR would be written as CSB>D8>DAT(?)>CDR

Please keep in mind that a webcast of pro-video is still a pro-video source, for example.

Two different recordings of the same broadcast are two sources, for example

When uploading images, please name them in this format: 010728-01.jpg (for live shots) and 010728-Ticket.jpg (for anything else. Also, please upload images in .jpg format. If your images are not working, check for errors in the spelling, and remember the the wiki is CASE SENSITIVE when it comes to images.

If adding a new recording to a year, it doesnt matter what you set the colors to, as everything in this is going into a new db once all the manual data is input.
