BC: Thank you. I’m sorry, I don’t speak any Swedish, uh.... I got that weird, uh, only in Europe flu. Now I’m sick...in the head too but uh.... Anyway, to make a long story short, I don't know how many more songs I can do, my throat is kaputsky. I don't know if that translates.
Iha: I think they got the kaputsky. How's everybody doing? Is everybody okay? This is our first show of our big Europe tour and we’re uh, we're a little rusty but uh, we're glad you're here. We'll see how much longer we can rock out with his voice. We appreciate.
BC: None of that translated, you know?
Iha: They understand.
BC: Alright, we'll do one more here. This is called I of the Mourning.
I of the Mourning
BC: Thank you, thank you, goodnight.
[encore break, backing track for 1979 plays briefly at one point]
Iha: Thanks, thanks a lot. As you might have heard from Ed's miscue...do any of you wanna dance? Heh heh. I like dancing but I gotta play guitar. So uh, I don't know. How many, is there a national Swedish dance? No, okay. I got that. Well, whatever dancing catches your fancy as they say, we ask you to dance at will on this next song, which is an old song - an old song from one of our old albums. Mr. Jimmy Chamberlin on the six string acoustic. Also, I would like to introduce on the bass (pronounced like the fish) guitar, Miss Melissa Auf der Maur. Doing a fine job on the rock bass.
BC: These stools are dangerous.
Iha: These are really weird stools. They’re Swedish? What else is weird in Sweden?
1979 (acoustic, Jimmy plays guitar)
BC: Thank you. God bless you, we love you, thank you.
[encore break]
X.Y.U.
BC: Alright. Now, everybody always wants a little bit more, a little bit more, a little bit more, we always want a little bit more, we want a little bit more, we know you want a little bit more, we’re just gonna get a little, little bit more, right here, we’re gonna win, right on.
We Love You
BC: Uhhhh....we’re gonna we’re gonna we’re gonna we’re gonna...

everybody wants some more
everybody wants some piece of the action
everybody wants some more
everybody wants some moooore!

we love you (x4)

i gotta head full of [unintelligible word]
i gotta fist full of tears
i got eyes that shoot lasers
through the years
i’m one thousand years old
my birthday is today
do you hear what I want?
do you hear what I say?

we love you (x5)
(growls)
(coughs)

BC: Alright, shhh, this is the final verse. (band plays quietly) This is the final verse to our song with no words. You say, how can there be such a thing, a song with no words? Well, you’re watching it right here. You just reach up and you grab ‘em and then you throw ‘em like this (makes a noise).

i know no question
i know every lie
i am the answer
you despise
can you see me
a mirror held
we’re gonna go down
to the depths of held
we’re gonna reach on down
we’re gonna pull it up
we’re gonna make this count
in thy name of love
l-o-v-e
that’s what I say
l-o-v-e
that’s all I’ll [unintelligible word]!

we love you (x4)

we love you (12x in rapid succession)
to the point of....

BC: God bless you, god bless you, we love you, thank you.
