To Sheila
The Tale of Dusty and Pistol Pete
Ava Adore / Tequila (tease)
Corgan: Thank you very much, good evening, hi, thank you.
Tear
Perfect
Pug
Corgan: Thanks a lot, thank you. Hope you all doing out there? How you doing up there? You all right?
1979
Corgan: So this uh, the first time I've ever played piano in public in my life. See what's funny before is like, I never played piano, and Mike was back there and I couldn't see the piano, and oviously I'm a professional, so...this is a song that I wrote at home on the piano, so I thought I'd play it for you.
Crestfallen
Corgan: We're very, we're very honored to be able to play in the Grand Old Opry tonight. We had to uh, we had to promise the Grand Old Opry that we wouldn't play electric guitar so they'd let us play here. Of course we didn't promise that we wouldn't play loud, but we promised that we wouldn't play electric. But it's a great honor to be part of a long tradition of great country music, althought we're not playing any country music tonight. Country music along with blues music was the foundation of rock and roll, and there are many great country pioneers who made it possible for us to act like fools today. I'm gonna put my foot over here on this piece from the original Opry, it's all that still survives...osmosis. Everybody ok, you alright? You guys don't look the same as you do normally on that Nashville network.
Tonight, Tonight
For Martha
Let Me Give the World to You
Shame
[encore break]

Summertime (tease) / Blank Page

Iha: Thank you very much, thanks a lot, you guys have been great, thanks to you.
Corgan: Hello, hello, hello.
Iha: Come on Nashville, get those hands in the air, come on. Let's get it on. Alright, now it's time to be serious, again.
Corgan: We'd like to uh -- hello! We're not used to not screaming. We'd like to uh, take a moment to meet the people from W.O. Smith School, the charity that we're donating to, your money, tonight, so...
benefactor #1: (unintelligible)
Corgan: Did you hear that? Today is Smashing Pumpkins day, we don't have to talk.
benefactor #2: (unintelligible)
Corgan: the Pumpkins are proud to present W.O. Smith of Nashville community music school with a check for 130,290 dollars. Thanks to all of you for a great night. Thanks you guys.
