A press conference and autograph signing were held earlier in the day at Newbury Comics in Cambridge. Wristbands were given out to fans through radio contests to be admitted to the signing. The concert started at 8:20pm. Billy used an acoustic guitar for To Sheila and Behold! The Night Mare. Tonight, Tonight, Perfect, and Appels + Oranjes are acoustic. A check for $109,200 was presented to the Children's AIDS Program. It was declared "Smashing Pumpkins Day" by Boston Mayor Tom Menino. The show was re-broadcast 7:30pm 08.15.98 on 104.1 WBCN.
