A free concert on Hennepin Avenue between 4th and 10th Streets in downtown Minneapolis. The concert was sponsored by Rock 100.3, KDWB, K102, Cities 97 and KFAN. Perfect was solo acoustic by Billy; Tonight, Tonight full-band acoustic. The Mayor declared it "Smashing Pumpkins Day".
